Our workouts are not designed as a progressive 7-8 week course, which means you can't fall behind based on when you start. Each workout simply attacks a new topic each and every day, allowing players to come and go according to their own schedule.
Since all our training utilizes Micah Lancaster's proven checklist training approach, each workout simply covers a new skill or item on the list. Some days are naturally more advanced. Some days are naturally more foundational. But all days are important repetitions!
