At I'm Possible, we might be known for our innovation and work with high profile NBA players; however, we feel our Kids Program is going to revolutionize the way young kids prepare for the game of basketball. And because we know how to use innovation and fun challenges to motivate kids, the I'm Possible Kids program engages and shows them how fun training can really be while introducing them to concepts and skills they will need to make their dreams come true.

I'm Possible Kids focuses on giving young players skills and traits that will be useful at every level moving forward. Too often, young kids are taught basic skills so they can succeed in local youth leagues, at THAT age. We will not waste time teaching young kids how to do the most basic things, as that often cements in habits that will all need to be unlearned as they get older...Bottom line, our kids have big dreams. It's time we start training them at the level of those dreams and give them a true chance of enjoying this great game.

Complete Player
Our Complete Player Program is the exact large group training that all of our Skill Lab facilities, located around the world, utilize to enhance and develop their players.

700+ Skills & Methods
We are OBSESSED. I mean crazy obsessed with every single minuscule detail in the game of basketball. You will systematically work through over 700 skills and proven elite level basketball training methods, one by one, until every skill and method has been experienced and trained. Throughout every workout, you'll learn each method with painstaking detail. You'll understand exactly how to perform and improve each training method, and why each skill or training method is going to change your game.
Flexible Approach
Complete Player workouts are not designed as a progressive 7-8 week course, which means you can't fall behind based on when you start. Since Complete Player is structured around Micah Lancaster's proven checklist training approach, each workout simply covers a new skill or item on the list. Some days are naturally more advanced. Some days are naturally more foundational. But all days are important repetitions!

Personal Training
As the world-leader’s in basketball skill enhancement, we know how to get players to the next level. This comes from not only enhancing your skills through our training program, but also spacing your personal training sessions out in a manner that serves long-term growth.
3 workouts per month
After you choose your Skill Lab trainer, you will receive 3 personal sessions per month (a $300 value).
Upon registration, your trainer will contact you to set up your first workout and the rest is simple communication between you and your trainer to make sure you stay on the right path and make the most of your personal training sessions.
I'm Possible Cloud App
Your trainer will use the I'm Possible Cloud App to document your training journey. After each of your workouts, your trainer will check off the skills that you accomplished, allowing you to go back and review the skills on your own.
Not only does this allow your trainer to stay organized in your process, but it allows you to train on your own and get extra work in as well. In fact, inside the I'm Possible Cloud App you will have access to over 700 skills and methods. The I'm Possible's All-Around, Shooting, Finishing, and Footwork programs (a $500 value).
Complete Player
Your trainer will be taking care of what you need to add to your game each and every month within the Personal Training Program, but you can gain extra reps with our Complete Player Workouts. All of our Personal Training members can add our Complete Player membership (normally $150/mo) for up to 5 extra workouts per week for only $75/month.

Shooting Lab
Our Shooting Lab workouts are not only meant to give players shooting reps — over 200 reps per half hour — but also help them refine their shooting mechanics in the process.

Shooting Checklists
Each workout will cover different key topics, from shooting mechanics, to range improvement techniques, shooting over defenders, and many ways to enhance a player's overall shooting ability. Athletic Performance

Skill Lab Athletic Performance Training is designed to enhance speed, quickness, agility, balance, mobility, core, lower & upper body strength , and overall body awareness specific to basketball skill enhancement.

Carolina United was established in 2014 as a comprehensive skill-based player development club integrating league play, team concepts, and world class skill enhancement training under a Unified Support System of Players, Parents, Coaches, and Trainers — in order to provide players with all the necessary components to reach their maximum potential as a player without all of the ego and politics.
Player Development Focused
This comprehensive program provides players with all the necessary basketball components to reach their maximum potential as a player. Coached by professional, experienced, and I'm Possible trained and certified coaches who are committed to highly organized practices and innovative training — intended to make the most of your time. Your player will have access to our Complete Player Program working with our I'm Possible Training Team.
Skill Enhancement Training
Complete Player Unlimited is included — that means you have access to up to 5 workouts per week to take advantage of! This single factor is what sets us apart as a developmental organization. As a player commits to their team, they commit to themselves by taking advantage of Complete Player Program to work on their individual skills. If you skip this, you are missing the point completely!
Additionally, we also extend exclusive discounts to our Carolina United family for Complete Player Program and Elite Skills Camps to continue training in the off-season!
High-Level Competition
We guarantee 3 tournaments for our fall season (two months) and 5 tournaments for our spring season (4 months). Players will develop knowledge, master skills, and grow confidence; and then given the opportunity to apply their training in competitive assessments through league play. Each year we bring together Raleigh's hardest working and most dedicated players to share EXACTLY what I'm Possible Training is finding to be most effective in skill enhancement... AND then work with players to transfer what they learn DIRECTLY into their game for maximum improvement.
